1. Who we are
FinancialAdvisor.co.uk ("the site", "we") is an independent publisher of general financial education for UK consumers. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not provide regulated financial services of any kind. 2. Nature of the content
All content on the site — guides, calculators, videos, newsletters — is general information and education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice; it is not a personal recommendation; and it is not an invitation or inducement to engage in any investment activity or to acquire any specific financial product. Content does not take account of your individual circumstances. Before making financial decisions, you should consider seeking advice from a firm authorised by the FCA.
3. Calculators and tools
Calculator outputs are illustrations generated from the inputs and assumptions shown on each page. They are not forecasts, quotes, offers or guarantees, and must not be relied on as the basis for financial decisions. We accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on tool outputs.
4. Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and up to date, but tax rules, allowances, rates and regulations change frequently. Content may be out of date at the time you read it. Verify time-sensitive facts with official sources (such as GOV.UK or the FCA) or an authorised adviser.
5. Third-party sites and advertising
Links to third-party websites (including the FCA Register and government services) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Advertising displayed on the site is the communication of the relevant advertiser, is clearly distinguishable from editorial content, and does not constitute our endorsement or recommendation. 9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
